Multi day tours include ferry fares and hostel costs where applicable.  Other accommodation can be booked if preferred.  Side trips and other activities are available on some of the tours.

Island adventure

Tour begins and ends at Ardrossan Harbour.  This 4 day tour takes  you to Arran, Jura and Islay it gives you two days cycling on Islay.  Side trips include Skipness Castle and a large choice of distilleries.  Port Charlotte YH is right on a beach ideal for swimming.  Other activities available include hill walking, Paps of Jura and  trail or road running.
Mainline station is Ardrossan Harbour.  Tour departs Fridays or Saturdays April till Oct

Lochs, forts and castles

Tour begins at Fort William rail station.  Heading north along this geological fault.  Side trips include the Commando memorial at Spean Bridge, Hill forts, Fort George and Culloden.  You could elect to go N to S and end with an ascent of Ben Nevis! This is a min 3 day trip.  Mainline station Inverness if going South to North
Tour departs Fridays to Mondays April till October.

John Muir Way

Tour begins at Helensburgh Upper station.  A coast to Coast ride from Helensburgh in the West to Dunbar in the East.  Side trips include Glengoyne distillery, The Kelpies, Antonine wall and Arthurs seat.  This is a 3 day trip min but can be done over 2 weekends if required.  Mainline station Dunbar.  Tour departs Fridays to Sundays April till Oct.

Sea to summit

Tour begins at Ardrossan Harbour with three ferries to catch to take us to Portavadie on the Cowal peninsula. We then follow the Cowal Way northwards.   Anyone keen enough can bag the Arrochar Alps.  This tour is a min of 3 days.  Accommodation on this tour is of a high standard this is reflected in the price.  Mainline station Arrochar

Scottish coast to coast (C2C)

Tour begins at Annan Harbour on the Solway Firth and finishes at South Queensferry on the Firth of Forth.  This tour can be done over 2 or 3 days.  An excellent route using the Tweed and Esk valleys.  Mainline stations Annan and Dalmeny.

Caledonian Way (C2C)

Tour begins at Ardrossan Harbour with the ferry to Cambeltown.  This tour can be done over 4 or more days.  Using cycle paths, off road trails and roads it ends in Inverness.   Mainline stations Ardrossan and Inverness.
